Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you request an intake review or contact IsoKelvin. The request form collects your name, email address, company, approximate monthly business revenue range, and main intake problem. Website URL, phone number, current CRM context, and two separate SMS preference choices are optional. It does not request passwords, CRM credentials, administrator access, or customer lists.
The request payload includes a request identifier, landing-page URL, referrer when available, and available UTM source, medium, campaign, term, and content values. The intake endpoint also receives standard request metadata such as user agent and network-address information.
If either optional SMS choice is selected, a phone number is required and the submitted consent-evidence contract includes the service or marketing consent type, the unchecked-to-checked action, disclosure version, server timestamp, source page and form, and associated phone number. When neither choice is selected, the evidence records both choices as left unchecked and may contain a blank associated phone.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to receive and review the request, understand the intake context, assess Managed CORE pilot fit, communicate about the request, protect the request process, and maintain appropriate business records.
We review requests within one business day. This review expectation does not promise a response, fit, booking, delivery, or outcome.
A valid external booking action may be shown only when the request system returns an approved Cal.com URL. Opening that destination indicates booking intent only; it does not prove or confirm an appointment.
Service Provider Categories
The website and request process may use service providers supporting hosting and security, request transmission and storage, abuse prevention, monitoring, authorized email, and external scheduling. These categories describe operational functions and do not mean that every provider receives every audit field. Information is disclosed only as appropriate for the applicable function or as required by law.
SMS and Mobile Information
The sender is IsoKelvin, operated by Noxalith Works LLC. The audit form presents separate, optional, unchecked choices for service SMS and marketing SMS. The request remains available when either or both choices are declined, and consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
If messaging is activated after the separate provider, ARS persistence, suppression, registration, and approval gates are complete, service texts may concern request updates, external booking links, or reminders, and marketing texts may contain promotional content. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
SMS sending is not active through this form today. Selecting a choice records the stated preference and submits versioned consent evidence; it does not send a text or create an active messaging enrollment.
We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS-consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to support an approved messaging service or comply with law.
Retention
We retain audit requests for up to 24 months and then delete or anonymize them unless an active relationship, dispute, or legal need requires longer retention.
Technical and security logs are normally retained for up to 90 days unless an investigation or security need requires longer retention.
Stored SMS consent, withdrawal, STOP, and suppression evidence is retained for five years after the last relevant interaction. Commercial, accounting, and contract records are retained as required by the applicable agreement or law.
Privacy Requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or exercise another available privacy right, by emailing privacy@isokelvin.com. Describe your request and the information or interaction involved so we can respond appropriately.
We may verify your identity before completing a request. Rights and responses remain subject to applicable law and legitimate security, fraud-prevention, accounting, contract, dispute, and legal-retention requirements.
Security and Transport
The website server action validates that the configured request endpoint uses HTTPS before transmitting an audit request. This statement is limited to the website-to-intake transport path and is not a claim about every storage or downstream system control.
Do not submit passwords, CRM credentials, administrator access, payment-card details, or other information the audit form does not request.
