Operator and Scope

IsoKelvin is operated by Noxalith Works LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. These Terms of Use apply to your use of the IsoKelvin website and its audit-request process.

Authorized Use

Submit only information you are authorized to provide. Do not submit passwords, CRM credentials, administrator access, payment-card details, or other information the form does not request.

Do not use the website or request process for abusive, deceptive, unlawful, or disruptive activity, including attempts to interfere with the site, misrepresent identity or authority, introduce malicious code, or misuse another person's information.

Requests and External Booking

We review requests within one business day. Submitting the request form confirms receipt only; the review expectation does not confirm fit, acceptance, a response, booking, pricing, timing, delivery, results, or any other outcome.

When the request system returns a valid approved external Cal.com URL, the site may show a Choose a time action. Cal.com is an external scheduling destination. Opening it indicates booking intent only and does not confirm an appointment or mean that IsoKelvin or the request system operates an internal scheduler.

Managed CORE Boundaries

Managed CORE is an operator-led managed pilot for lead intake, routing, inbox visibility, documented ownership, and early follow-up visibility. It is not self-serve SaaS, a CRM replacement, an internal scheduler, or a guaranteed-results service.

No specific financial result, response, appointment, revenue attribution, or outcome is guaranteed.

SMS Messaging

The sender is IsoKelvin, operated by Noxalith Works LLC. The request form provides separate optional, unchecked choices for service SMS and marketing SMS. Each choice can be selected or declined independently, neither is required to submit a request, and consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

If messaging is activated after separate provider, ARS persistence, suppression, registration, and approval gates are complete, service texts may concern request updates, external booking links, or reminders, and marketing texts may contain promotional content. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

SMS sending is not active through this form today. Selecting a choice records the stated preference and submits versioned consent evidence; it does not send a text or create an active messaging enrollment.

Mobile information and SMS-consent data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for more information about the submitted consent-evidence inventory, use, retention, and privacy-request process.

Paid Services and Separate Agreements

Using this website, submitting a request, or opening an external scheduling destination does not create a paid-services agreement or require IsoKelvin to offer or provide services.

If IsoKelvin and a customer enter into a separately signed agreement, that agreement controls the applicable pricing, scope, cancellation, refunds, payment, warranties, liability, disputes, and governing law. Nothing on this website replaces or modifies those signed terms.
